Navigating Farm Developments (NFD) is a tool designed to identify the statutory and planning requirements to streamline your farm development projects.
Choose a sector
Choose from the available farm sectors in the tabs at the top. For farms with multiple enterprises, choose the sector that relates best to your proposed development project. Picking the correct sector is important because each sector has a specific list of development types linked to it and requirements are often sector specific.
Enter farm address
The address box uses google maps so as you type, potential address matches appear. Continue typing until your desired address appears in the pop-down list and then select it from the list.
Privacy
Don't forget to read the privacy statement - tick the box below to show you have read it. The privacy statement is also located at the bottom of the screen.
Third party services are used to determine permit and regulatory requirements. The supplied address is sent to these services to access relevant information.
