The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (Department) is collecting your personal information (username, email, password, user category) to create an account for you which will assist in the use of the Navigating Farm Development online tool. Information from your project enquiries (postcode, development type, sector) may also be used for reporting on the extent and quality of our products and services. If your account and project enquiry information needs to be shared with contracted service providers (developers) to assist with testing/maintaining the tool, it will be scrambled and therefore de-identified.
Any of this personal information collected, held, managed, used, disclosed or transferred will be held in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and other applicable laws. The Department is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. You may contact us to request access to your personal information, or for other concerns regarding the privacy of your personal information, by emailing the Department's Privacy Unit at privacy@ecodev.vic.gov.au.
